By taking a proactive and preventative approach, we embed financial, physical and mental health and wellbeing into our jobs and our culture so that everyone here can flourish.
Initiatives to promote colleague wellbeing at PKF Francis Clark include Wellbeing Wednesdays, an ongoing programme of events and resources focusing on physical, mental and financial wellbeing, such as webinars with sports psychologists, dieticians and other experts. The firm also has a menopause support group, an LGBTQIA+ virtual group, as well as health and wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders in each office.

Mental wellbeing

Physical wellbeing is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that lets us get the most out of our daily activities without undue fatigue or stress. It involves taking care of our bodies and recognising how our everyday habits affect our overall health.

Maternity, shared parental and adoption leave and pay
Our enhanced maternity and adoption leave policies offer 16 weeks of full pay, provided you have one or more years’ service at baby due date.
Our shared parental leave offering, inclusive of paternity leave, matches our maternity and adoption leave package.
Paternity leave and pay
We recognise how important paternity leave is for bonding and for supporting the wider family unit.
We therefore offer two weeks of full pay, with the same service requirement to have one or more years’ service at baby due date.
