“We’re located on the south east outskirts of town, just minutes off the M5. We’re just a short walk (or run if that’s your thing) to the canal and open green spaces, with lovely places to go for a pleasant lunchtime break!

We’re a welcoming bunch and people are so willing to help one another.  This support takes many forms, for example our trainee accountants have a counsellor to help them through their training and we all explore different ways to look out for ourselves on Wellbeing Wednesdays.

Everyone gets a buddy when they start, someone to show them the ropes and help with any questions. Colleagues also encourage us to get out for a walk at lunchtime and catch-up socially.  There are also regular events to keep us connected as a team.

In the Taunton team we’ve got people from the audit, business advisory, rural, cryptocurrency and financial planning teams, as well as brilliant admin and marketing colleagues.
