Sam: Having trained at Francis Clark and worked my way up through the ACA, up to manager, I stayed at the firm because I love the team and I feel constantly challenged.
Tamara: I get to work on a huge variety of clients, both from large international groups to small, family owned businesses. The knowledge and experience that you get from having that huge range of clients is amazing, and it always means that every day is a new challenge.
Sam: You get the opportunity to speak to CFOs, finance directors from a really early point in your career, which is great for development and progression. The support I get from my colleagues is fantastic. There’s regular one to ones where you receive up to date feedback, there’s appraisals, career conversations, to discuss progression.
