- Digital transformation – driving adoption and integration of new technologies
All share one goal – empowering colleagues to perform their jobs better.

Our team is always encouraged to think about how IT can drive business growth and move the firm forward.

The support team spend a lot of time in the office offering a personal service to their colleagues. The rest of the team balance working from home and in the office, staying connected through Teams.
We talk about career pathways at regular one-to-ones with Heads of Team. What happens next depends on your career ambitions, for example you might go for external technical training or opt to join the internal management development programme. There are also annual career discussions in the autumn and professional development reviews in the spring.
