Corporate finance jobs
Be the expert. Do the deals.
Build your experience faster
If you’re looking for a corporate finance role where you can work across the full deal lifecycle and develop a broad range of skills, you’ll find it here. Our 40-strong team advises corporates, owner-managed businesses, banks and private equity clients on acquisitions and disposals, funding and strategic change.
We work as one team on every deal, sharing knowledge, moving quickly and delivering quality outcomes for our clients. You’ll work on a high volume of transactions without narrowing your experience to one part of the process. You’ll gain specialist exposure across M&A, due diligence, valuations, debt advisory, fundraising, tax advisory and deal structuring, with opportunities to work alongside our market-leading renewable energy and infrastructure specialists.
You’ll build client ownership earlier than in many larger, more layered teams. Partners are closely involved in day-to-day work, coaching you, challenging your thinking and helping shape live decisions, so you can develop quickly while feeling fully supported.
You’ll enjoy it here if you’re proactive, commercially curious and motivated by working with others. We know success comes from collaboration and that enjoying your work matters.
More deals. More exposure. More opportunity.
We’re the number one most active financial adviser in the South West, ranked first in Experian’s 2025 UK & Ireland M&A Review for the third year running.
The total value of transactions we advised on during 2025 exceeded £1.8 billion, with deal sizes ranging from around £1 million to approximately half a billion. In the year to March 2026, we achieved record fee income for the third consecutive year.
That success creates opportunities for our people. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a high volume of transactions, work closely with senior colleagues and develop faster through exposure to real client situations and live deals.
From acquisitions and disposals to funding and strategic change, you’ll build experience across a broad range of engagements, helping you develop commercial judgement and technical expertise earlier in your career.

Supportive culture and clear progression
We’re deliberate about giving people client-facing responsibility early on while ensuring experienced colleagues are always available to guide and support. This helps you build commercial judgement, not just technical expertise.
Your progression is shaped by capability, contribution and experience. As your career develops, you can build sector expertise and follow a clear progression path from analyst to senior analyst, assistant manager, manager, senior manager, director and partner.
Recent director-to-partner promotions across M&A and transaction services show that progression is achievable for people who build expertise, develop trusted client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
As you progress, you’ll move from producing analysis that underpins recommendations to leading client relationships and substantial parts of transactions. Ultimately, you’ll take responsibility for multiple engagements while developing your own network and profile.
You’ll receive regular feedback and development opportunities, supported by technical training, leadership programmes and coaching focused on building strong client relationships.
Our South West locations offer the best of both worlds, combining vibrant city hubs with access to coast and countryside. We work flexibly in a hybrid way, choosing what works best for our clients and teams, then coming together through office days, weekly team calls and quarterly team events for training, collaboration and team building.
