Jayne Marketing Hero Headshot.

We love ideas. We’re the brand makers, the event organisers, the social media crew and content producers.

We’re here to represent the client and see things from their perspective, we want to help solve their issues, provide insight, develop relationships and demonstrate how the firm adds value.

What makes our work enjoyable is pushing boundaries, coming up with new ideas which strike a chord and makes us stand out.

We have three core groups in the team:

  • Brand and comms – responsible for digital marketing, design, brand and internal and external communication.
  • Markets – responsible for business development and how we market to industry sectors and geographic markets, which includes events, sponsorship, business development, corporate hospitality and proposals.
  • Services and strategic projects – responsible for promoting key services, client communication and helping to deliver the firm’s business plan.

We tend to get involved in most things across the firm as a lot of our role is about communication. This makes it varied and broad. We promote the firm to our clients, prospects, referrers and candidates.

We ensure that we are in regular communication with our clients; we help to improve internal communication and engagement and we help the firm to grow by generating new enquiries.

Our team is spread across nine offices, so we get together at least once a quarter for some training or a social event. We have a virtual team meeting every Tuesday to hear what everyone is working on and catch-up on any news, then on a Thursday it’s an online session to brainstorm, update the team on a campaign or we have a guest speaker slot.

We do hybrid working as well as having hubs in some of the offices where we try to come in at least once/twice a week to work together.

In our team everyone is asked their opinion. Everyone is thanked and acknowledged. Anyone can come up with an idea or be asked to take a lead role in a project. Everyone contributes.

Headshot of Emma.

“I get the chance to really get my teeth into some exciting bigger projects. For example I developed our podcast series. It’s been a steep learning curve, but I’ve loved creating them and meeting some brilliant and interesting people along the way.”

“I absolutely love our team, everyone is so supportive. We are all creative and get along brilliantly. We meet virtually on Teams twice a week and there are a couple of optional days in the office most weeks. There are the team days too – some are about thinking strategically while others are more about having fun”.

People can run with the things that matter most to them, to the benefit of their colleagues or our wider communities. For example there are the green teams, the wellbeing champions, the menopause group, the new LGBTQIA+ network, the volunteering days, the project with Ukrainian families, as well as many fundraisers and sports clubs.”
