Be the engine behind an exceptional client experience

As part of our Admin team, you’ll be pivotal in connecting our clients and our colleagues get a consistently great experience. You’ll build trusted relationships, get to know clients, keep work flowing, and coordinate with operational teams to improve how we do things – whether that’s client engagement, managing processes, or supporting events.

Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll drive operational improvements and contribute to strategic firmwide projects that change how we work.

Where you could specialise:

  • Personal assistants (PAs) – proactive support for partners and directors, driving strategic projects and relationship-building with key stakeholders
  • Business support – proactive support to keep each department running smoothly day to day, with regular client contact and making sure processes are followed
  • Reception – keeping each office running smoothly by creating a warm, professional welcome and being a confident first point of contact for visitors and colleagues

You’ll be a key part of delivering the highest standards of client care and service – making it easier for our colleagues to do their best work.

This is a professionalised admin function led by our Head of Admin, with a team of 50+ strong across eight offices, characterised by real autonomy and a supportive peer learning culture.

We shine a light on the skills and knowledge that sit within the business support team and therefore, we’re getting ever more involved in exciting firmwide projects, anything from internal communications to client lifecycle and IT infrastructure projects – the variety of work is exciting!

If you’re keen to learn and enjoy building relationships, you can develop your career in a clear progression pathway – growing from delivering excellent day to day support , to taking ownership of more complex work, to leading a business support team.

As you progress, you have the opportunity to move into people leadership roles (for example managing a business support team or reception), as well as getting involved in firmwide projects and influencing process improvements that shape how we work. We support your development through a clear skills framework, great managers who invest in their teams, internal programmes (including management and leadership development), and external training when you want to build specialist expertise.

Lots of things! You might be an admin, PA, receptionist or in front of house role but there are many transferable skills that are a great fit for our business support team, especially communication, process and organising skills.
