Make a difference – for your clients and their people

Supporting clients with their payroll isn’t just a process – it’s about people. You ensure they’re paid accurately and on time, with total confidence that everything is compliant.

Payroll is fast-paced and deadline-driven and we thrive on this. Pace, calm and problem-solving really matter as you manage a varied portfolio with changing requirements.

You can draw on the deep technical knowledge of a large team to help you to deliver the very best service to your clients, building trust by keeping them confident and informed. You’ll proactively help clients to navigate change. From complex pay scenarios and legislative updates to year-end and onboarding new schemes, you’ll advise on options and help clients make sound decisions.

You’ll be part of an experienced team that shares knowledge and always pulls together. If you’re an experienced payroll professional, you’ll have room to lead from the front – coaching others, shaping how the team works, and becoming a go-to for complex queries when clients need clarity.
