“I joined PKF Francis Clark as an Administrator six years ago, after a friend recommended the firm, and my natural curiosity has led me on a pretty special journey.

I’ve been incredibly lucky to have been given golden opportunities to develop the Business Support role in the firm. It’s taking me into the stretch zone, learning more about business and about myself. I now lead a 50-person team, travelling around the various offices where I’m always made to feel welcome and valued.

Day to day my role is different. One minute I’m organising diaries and the next, I’m working on strategic projects, or brainstorming with colleagues to develop an initiative. I’m continuously developing skills, learning about business, people, and ways to make the client experience the best it can be. I’m learning every day.

I’m proud of the growing influence and skill sets that the Business Support roles are bringing to the firm. As subject matter experts we are key to the success of firm-wide projects, business change and we enable colleagues to deliver their best work for our clients.

The Business Support team are dynamic, loyal and hard working. They are always asking ‘how can we make processes better for our clients and colleagues?’ and they strive to find solutions and solve problems. I’m lucky to work alongside such talented, innovative and passionate people.

Team is key and our Business Support colleagues will always jump in to share the load, the knowledge and the highs and lows. Oh and a sense of humour is the essential ingredient in approaching every situation!

I have a lot of autonomy in my role which allows me to explore and develop things in my own way. My role taps into my natural strengths so I am always being my authentic self at work. I am a huge fan of collaborative working and PKF Francis Clark is bursting at the seams with talented experts who want to be part of the solution and support each other to get the best possible outcome.
