I left during COVID and was away for 12 months. We’re now working more flexibility and there is a better work/life balance thanks to hybrid working; it feels like a massive life improvement.

While I was away I worked as a management accountant in industry. It was the same day in, day out. I’ve returned to the same role and am enjoying getting involved in much more interesting and varied work.

The people are friendly and make PKF Francis Clark more than just a place to work. I’m enjoying meeting all the people who have joined whilst I was away, and seeing my old friends again. I missed the people and the support structure, and having managers who care about your wellbeing is a huge bonus!”
