I never thought I’d be a Team Leader because of my dyslexia, but others here saw my potential and encouraged me.

Having dyslexia can be difficult at times but the team are always on hand to help. For example they might check my written work. But I’m really strong in other areas, because my brain works a bit differently. It means I’m good at innovating and developing best practises, at improving our ways of working. The best bit of my job is when we make something run smoother for our clients, that’s why we’re here.

I feel well supported to do my job, we do varied days in the office and at home and the firm is so understanding of being a parent alongside working full-time job. We muck in and help each other, inside work and outside, and we all like to have a good laugh! I really enjoy being part of this team.”
