“I joined Francis Clark in 2018 when I was a couple of years out of college. I started as an Admin Assistant and have been promoted twice so that now I’m PA to two of the partners. I’m proud of my ability to adapt and of what I’ve achieved, I’ve truly had the opportunity to excel and grow here.

No two days are the same and I have a lot of freedom around how I approach my work. The team are extremely supportive when I require some further input; there isn’t anyone I wouldn’t feel comfortable going to for support. The team are grateful for the work I do and they make me feel truly valued.”
