I like that we’re encouraged to champion the things we’re passionate about here. For me that has been web accessibility, which means making our digital marketing more inclusive to people with disabilities. We’ve got real momentum around that now – and our first accessible website.

I see the same thing happening right across the firm. People can run with the things that matter most to them, to the benefit of their colleagues or our wider communities. For example there are the green teams, the wellbeing champions, the menopause group, the new LGBTQIA+ network, the volunteering days, the project with Ukrainian families, as well as many fundraisers and sports clubs.
