“I started as a trainee six months ago. I feel settled. I’m growing in confidence and ability and no two days are the same.
As a trainee I got to go to Reed to study for my accountancy qualifications. My team helps me learn too. I’ve worked with, and learned from, everyone on the team and it’s fine to ask for help here. I felt supported and welcomed from the start. I’m valued here for both the work I do and for who I am as a person.
It’s great to meet all the other trainees. This is a great way to make friends and to meet people who are going through the same experience as you. Now we’re learning, progressing and developing together.
Initially it all seemed incredibly daunting in terms of having to learn new skills, talk to clients and take exams. But the company does everything possible to give you the best chance of success. My experience so far has been really enjoyable and I’m excited to see how my career grows at PKF Francis Clark.”
