“I used to be a teacher but was looking for a career change. I knew someone who worked at PKF Francis Clark, they told me it was friendly, fair and big enough to give me interesting experiences.

From day one everyone has been super friendly. My colleagues come from diverse backgrounds and bring different things to the table. We all share ideas, support each other, and regularly sprinkle credit and thanks across the team. It’s a really positive environment and if ever I need help then anyone is glad to give it.

I’m the admin for the team and it’s been really satisfying setting up organisational systems. I’m proud that my work has freed up the team, the result being that they are able to focus even more time on serving our clients.

I can be myself here. The firm understands that different work styles work for different people and so there is that degree of adaptability. I feel like I can develop into whatever I want to be. I’m just really happy here and very glad I made the move to join the firm.”
