“I joined the firm a week after leaving school. I had a place elsewhere on a training scheme but my Careers Officer said this job might suit me, so I interviewed here. That was over thirty years ago now, and I’ve never looked back!

I started out here as a Filing Clerk, but I really felt as if I had found my place when I became a Receptionist. I enjoy talking to people and helping them as best I can. It gives me a great sense of purpose.

I now lead a team. The telephony team is relatively new and I’m proud to have been part of setting it up. I train our new recruits and share my years of knowledge with them. It almost feels as if I have left a footprint here. Our role is to answer all the calls from clients and help them in any way we can.

I’ve got to really know the clients over the years, and developing these relationships is the best part of my role. I have a great team, and we go about our daily tasks enjoying every moment of what we do.
