FAQs
Our hiring and onboarding process is an important part of our culture
We want you to find a job you love. We aim to connect talented people with work they’ll truly enjoy and teams they love being part of. Our goal with the hiring process is for you to feel like you know us a bit better.
We want you to get the chance to ask all your questions so that you can confidently make the decision as to whether our firm is the right fit for you.
We’ve taken the most common questions we get asked by candidates, and answered them in our FAQs. If you need more advice, please get in touch.
At PKF Francis Clark we’re always keen to hear from great people. Whether you already have experience or you’re looking to develop your career, we welcome you to find out more by arranging a confidential chat with one of our in-house recruitment team.

Your questions
Please apply online for any of our vacancies and you’ll find a full list of our job vacancies here. If you don’t see anything that matches your skills and experience you can register for job alerts so you’ll be kept up-to-date when something does become available.
Please let us know when submitting your application, but if you forget or your circumstances change, please contact us on [email protected].
You’ll receive an automated confirmation email to let you know your application has been submitted. We then aim respond to all candidates as soon as we can, but you are welcome to get in touch and see what is happening if you don’t hear from us within two weeks.
You’ll also receive automated email confirmations and reminders of any status updates, such as when interviews and tests are booked. You can also log in to your recruitment portal to view these messages.
Your recruiter will let you know when to expect updates following your interviews. This can vary depending on how many candidates we are seeing and when. We’ll always try to update you as promptly as possible.
Yes, you can apply for multiple vacancies at once. Please be aware that vacancies may progress through the recruitment process at different speeds, so you may have to make a decision on one role before completing the process for another role.
You can’t edit an application once it has been submitted. Please contact us on [email protected] if you need to tell us about a change.
Yes, you can apply for a role if you require a visa. Please make clear in your application the type of visa you hold.
It is also important that you discuss this with your recruiter as there are certain visa’s that we are unable to accept as we are not a sponsorship provider and can not sponsor work permits.
Your offer of employment is subject to you having the right to work in the UK, and if you are going to be training with us, then your visa needs to be longer than the duration of your training.
Immigration laws have changed a lot recently, including Brexit implications for European students. Please research your position prior to applying to us.
If you have completed a first or second round interview, or tests, then we will provide you with feedback.
Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications we receive we are unable to provide feedback to those candidates who are not invited to progress beyond the online application.
Our interviews are generally held online and we do not cover travel expenses for interviews.
Your recruiter will contact you by phone as soon as possible to let you know the good news and talk you through the details of the job offer.
Your offer letter and full contract of employment will follow and be issued to you electronically via our online portal. You will then be able to review and sign your contract by e-signature, reducing the need for paper copies to be printed and posted.
Once you’ve accepted our offer, you’ll have access to our onboarding documents via the portal, which will give you more information about life at PKF Francis Clark. Your recruiter and our People Services team will be on hand to support you through your onboarding process.
